HOSPITALITY & RETAIL CHILLERS

Pricing: Approx. $1.99 (+GST) per 5 m³ of chiller space, per day (24 hrs)

Includes the combined Fresh Chill + ChillSafe system — providing both air scrubbing and surface germicidal protection.

Typical Range:

Most hospitality chillers are between 5 – 20 m³, meaning:

$2.30 – $8.00 per day on average

Average cost: ~ $3.98 per day

That’s about half the price of a cup of coffee, to protect your chiller and save you money.

Cost–Benefit Ratio:

Every $1 spent on our system typically saves at least $3, thanks to:

  • Longer product and produce lifespan

  • Reduced power consumption

  • Extended refrigeration equipment lifespan

  • Some case studies show ratios as high as $1 → $11 in savings.

INDUSTRIAL CHILLERS

(over 50 cubic metres)

Pricing: Approx. $0.20 (+GST) per 5 m³ of chiller space, per day (24 hrs)

Indicative Pricing & Usage:

ChillSafe

One sachet treats up to 50 m³ for one month

Retail price $60 per sachet (+GST)

Approx. cost equivalent: $0.20 per 5 m³ per day

For smaller chillers (< 25 m³), one sachet lasts up to two months

FreshChill

Fresh Chill May still be included for enhanced results, depending on chiller layout and contents

Larger chiller systems rely more heavily on the ChillSafe (ULDHPV) solution, with support from Fresh Chill where suitable.
The exact mix and setup depend on your chiller design, storage conditions, and the types of products or produce stored.

The change has been very evident, the air in chillers is a lot sharper and is very noticeable when you walk in. We have had a lot less maintenance issues with the chillers and, more noticeable, the fans and condensers are a lot cleaner.

Best of all the food in the larder, production and pastry chillers has stayed crisper and fresher for a longer period of time than before. Our salads are keeping longer and we have noticed the smaller micro salads stay crisper and for longer during the night.
